Leadership Development
Give thanks to God for the rising young labourers from among the planted churches. Two people are undergoing training at the Hausa School of Missions in Abuja, while five are receiving missions training in Kontagora using the Live School curriculum. Pray that they will be flexible in God’s hands for holistic transformation. Pray that the Holy Spirit will brood over them, equipping and preparing them for God’s use.
Indigenous Leaders and Pastors
Pray that God will instill in them a desire for personal spiritual growth and development. Pray that they will not be blind leaders. Pray that they will become models of conduct, faith, love, purity, etc., for the churches they oversee. Pray that they will lead with a shepherd’s heart. Pray that the qualities of a leader listed in the books of Timothy and Titus will characterize their lives and families. Some of them need good motorcycles, ask the Lord to provide them with new motorcycles. AMEN
