NORTH WEST ZONE- Youth in Rural AREAS —The rising tide of drug abuse, alcoholism, immorality, and other vices among youth is alarming. Many of them have dropped out of school and doing nothing. Pray for a massive, life-changing encounter with Jesus and genuine repentance amongst these youth. Ask God to turn their hearts unto Himself. Pray for their deliverance from addiction and darkness. Pray for the restoration of dropped-out students amongst them. Some of them are eager to go to school but lack parental support. Pray that God will raise His children who will be willing to sponsor their education.
Insecurity–Bandits and kidnappers maintain strongholds in some local government areas of Niger State, camping in forests and unleashing attacks on villagers. Amidst these security challenges, a new armed terrorist group, Lakurawa, has emerged in Kebbi and Sokoto states, exacerbating insecurity in Nigeria’s northwest. Pray that God will intervene and flush out these terrorist groups from the region. Pray that God’s protection will be sure over all our missionaries, pastors and members.
