Raising leaders through deliberate effort is a relational process in which a more experienced person assists learners in growing in some area (spiritual formation, specific skills, health promotion, managing home and money, etc.) so that they are transformed in thinking and behaviour and are empowered to reproduce this process in others for the glory of God.
- Pray that with the eye of the Holy Spirit, we shall identify, at the Zones and fields, “FATT” people; men who are Faithful, Available, Teachable, and Teachers of other people.
